Dominique Hogan-Doran SC conducts a national litigation and advisory practice. She acts in complex commercial and property disputes, shareholder class actions, regulatory, and disciplinary, investigations and related litigation, trusts and probate suits and statutory commissions of inquiry.

In particular, Dominique has appeared in many of Australia's most high profile public inquiries and related litigation, including as Counsel Assisting the James Hardie Special Commission of Inquiry and for ASIC in related civil penalty proceedings, for Sen. the Hon. Arthur Sinodinos AO in investigations by the NSW ICAC and Electoral Commission, and in Federal Court proceedings, and as counsel for parties to the Royal Commission into the Collapse of HIH Insurance Ltd (for Hannover Re & senior executives), the Trade Union Royal Commission (for John Holland senior executive who negotiated with the Hon. Bill Shorten MP) and the NSW Special Commission of Inquiry into Greyhound Racing Industry (for former CEO of GRNSW).

Dominique is also an accredited arbitrator and mediator with numerous panel appointments.
