Noelle Hurley has over 20 years experience as an advocate and a national family law practice.
She is a member of the South Australian and Victorian Bar Associations, and she practises throughout Australia.
Noelle is regularly briefed to appear in appellate courts as well as in summary jurisdictions in family law disputes and related criminal law and civil law proceedings.
Her more recent appearances, particularly in appeals in the Family Court of Australia, have involved complex family law matters.
Her knowledge of criminal law coupled with her intrinsic knowledge of Apprehended Violence Orders/Domestic Violence Orders and Intervention Orders nationally, places her as a leader in the Family Law jurisdiction.
Noelle is an Accredited Mediator and uses her well-honed skills as such to assist clients to reach early and satisfactory resolutions in family law disputes.
Noelle was admitted to practice in the UK and the Republic of Ireland in 1996.
